Transmittal Log

OBJECTIVE

The Transmittal Log is used to view all e-mail messages sent using various system options.

 

PREREQUISITEs

  • Contact Management
  • Transmission by e-mail must have been used (regular or to all recipients).

View the history

  1. Enter the required information in the Display Settings Selection tab:

Field

Description

Date

Date for vising only shipments within this date range.

Context

    • None
    • Customer Order
    • Quotation
    • All

Used to view only transmissions without context.

Used to view the transmissions linked to a specific customer order.

Used to view the transmissions linked to a specific quotation.

Used to view all transmissions; with or without context.

User

Used to view the transmissions sent by a specific user.

Contact

Used to view the transmissions sent to a specific company.

Include contacts

Displays all messages sent to all contacts in the Contact field of the selected company if the box is checked.

  1. Click Apply.
